Here is a good condition 1934-6 Oberbann 4 Strap.
 
Or is it?  If you look closer you will se the blue has been hand stitched over the top of black stitching indicating this was made for Oberbann 6.  Was it a manufacturing mistake, or unit transfer? This something you will not see in every collection.
